I’m just curious about how much meat would there be, usually. Like is there a lot, or not much?

Also, if the meat was eaten every day, about how long would you say one deer would last until everything was eaten? A month? Year?

I’m just curious so I an get an idea of how big of a freezer I’ll need and how the grocery bills will look like since I won’t need to buy meat for a while.

Tradition says when you kill a deer you cut its butt hole out and wear part of it as a ring for the rest of the day for good luck. Do any of you other hunters have this tradition?
