what are some uses of whitetail deer tails?

Well, my personal favorite use for them is as deer tails. They’re great for helping deer communicate with other deer, among other things.
Seriously, you couldn’t find anything else about this whole species that was more interesting to write about?

One is one method of communication to other deer, especially does use their tails to signal an alarm, and as a flag for other deer to follow when they are in flight from danger. It’s also used to attract other deer, especially bucks for matting.
They also communicate using other body language, scents and sounds.
